Payment and delivery
The invoice is created and sent as a PDF file, payment is made by bank transfer no later than 14 days after receipt of the invoice.
Delivery generally takes place after the invoice has been paid in full. In special cases, delivery on account can be agreed.
Shipping within Germany
Shipping takes place with Deutsche Post AG at a price of €8.00 including packaging.
We will invoice you for the insurance costs listed below for a net goods value of €510.00 to €1,000.00: Flat rate €4.00 Shipping takes place ex works at the expense and risk of the client or purchaser. When the goods are handed over to Deutsche Post AG, the risk is transferred to the client or purchaser. There is transport insurance against the risks of loss and damage up to an amount of €500 per shipment. For higher value shipments we charge an insurance surcharge of 3% of the total delivery value, at least €3. In the event of damage, acceptance should only be acknowledged if the deliverer has confirmed the damage in writing. In this case, the customer can also reject the damaged delivery from the delivery person, collect it free of charge from Deutsche Post or return it to Deutsche Post. Unpaid packages cannot be accepted. If you return the item yourself, we will subsequently reimburse the return shipping costs if the complaint is justified. If possible, the return should be made via Deutsche Post AG as a standard package. If you choose a more expensive shipping method, the shipping costs will only be reimbursed to the extent of such a standard package. If the goods cannot be delivered, the customer must cover the additional costs incurred, e.g. for a further delivery.
Shipping abroad
Shipping to other countries takes place after payment in advance plus the applicable shipping and insurance costs.
Complaints
If products have material or manufacturing defects or there are incorrect deliveries or quantity deviations, please complain about visible defects - including transport damage - immediately, but at the latest within 8 working days of receipt of the goods. If the warranty case is determined, we will take back the defective goods and deliver a replacement. We are entitled to make improvements or refund the purchase price. Deliveries complained about will only be taken back if the material is still in the new condition it was in when delivered. We are not liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage, financial loss, third party claims, etc. arising from the use of the goods supplied by us. Claims for damages due to incorrect, defective or late delivery are excluded.
