This series comprises a number of useful timpani sticks that
are not necessarily intended for everyday use. However, they
are indispensable in the following cases:
-
Wooden timpani sticks
For baroque timpani a must and even compulsory for various
orchestral pieces. Often the only choice for recordings.
-
Hard felt timpani sticks
The stroke is a special blend of sound: bright and percussive,
while the tone itself is round or even soft. In overacoustic
halls and when making recordings, they are often a better
alternative to regular felt timpani sticks.
