The traditional original Viennese flannel and leather timpani
sticks are continually gaining in popularity. The dark, earthy
character blends in well with the sound of contemporary orchestras.
The stroke is ever-present yet not obtrusive.
The timpani stick's head consists of flannel or leather disks
that are connected. The head is mounted on a stable plastic
screw thread and cannot become detached while playing. |
