| These xylophone mallets are made of three different types
of exotic wood and come in three different sizes. The well-known
grenadill wood is also used for clarinet and castanet making.
Snake wood and the particularly robust pock wood are interesting
alternatives. The cores of jahab shafts (unpeeled) are flexible,
which therefore prevent undesired noise. The mallets come in
lengths of 330 to 380 mm. |
