Your favorite mallets often sound best, when they have almost been played through. But if the internal felt layers becomes visible, there is an urgent need for action. The wear and tear of the lower felt layers means that they also need to be replaced.

A professional replacement of wrappings is therefore an essential part of our services. These are also offered for third-party products and carried out at short notice.

Timpani heads+ Service

The Kalfo-Supertimpani  timpani heads are the benchmark worldwide when it comes to natural heads. If the climatic conditions allow it, these heads cannot be beaten in terms of sound.

We carry natural skins from Kalfo (calf) and Regina (goat) in all common sizes. Professional installation is mandatory; we offer this in addition to other services:

• Skin assembly on site
• timpani maintenance; Lubrication and adjustment of pedals, fine tuners and other mechanics
• Reconditioning of the shell and rim surface
• Elimination of disturbing noises
